At Pacific Motors, we have a vast knowledge base on most makes and models of European cars. This information is regularly updated and is available on-line through our workshop LAN computer system. Our technicians are amongst the most skilled in the country, with the majority having backgrounds in European marques. Under Australian consumer law, we are even able to service your car under its warranty.

At Pacific Motors, we continue to invest heavily in state-of-the-art diagnostic tools to provide access to the many complex electronic components in today’s modern cars. Engine management diagnostics, electronic fuel injection, Self Restraint Systems (SRS), anti lock braking systems (ABS), traction control systems, (TCS), are all in a day’s work for us, along with the host of other body control systems found in today’s modern cars.

Our workshop is run to an ISO (International Standards Organisation) level of organisation, with standard operating procedure’s covering the important components of our functions. This ensures that every member of the Pacific Motors Team knows exactly what to do, and can do it consistently time, and time again. Like any group of humans, we are not perfect; however any mistake we do make is involved in a corrective action process which ensures that we never make the same mistake twice.

Unlike dealerships who run a high percentage of Apprentice mechanics, our workshop is staffed by fully qualified technicians. We have only two apprentices to our ten qualified technicians, so you can be sure that the technician working on your car has the experience, as well as the information and equipment to work on your car.

• State of-the-art computers capable of interrogating the on-board computers of modern European vehicles.We can work on all body    control modules and engine modules including Ignition, Injection, SRS, ABS, anti-theft systems, and climate control system.

• Bosch Compac engine analysis equipment.

• Exhaust Gas analysis equipment.

• Full automotive Air Conditioning system equipment, suitable for maintenance of your air conditioning, and also installations and retrofits.

• Light engineering shop for motor and transmission and other major component re-builds.

• Extensive and detailed reference information on the majority of European makes and models. Most of our information is now stored on   our LAN computer system for easy access by our technicians.

• Equipment for tyre changing, wheel balancing and two and four wheel steering alignments.

Finding Us Coming from Chatswood Turn right at Mona Vale Rd, then left into Grandview St. Follow it up to the little overpass bridge and turn left...then left again onto the Pacific Hwy, then follow down t 859 turning left into the Pacific Motors driveway. Coming from Ryde Rd Drive up Ryde Rd and take the left exit that takes you up to the Pacific Hwy. However, do not turn left at the Pacific Hwy, but continue across it and down the other side onto Mona Vale Rd...then almost immediately left into Grandview St. Follow it up to the little overpass bridge and turn left...then left again onto the Pacific Hwy, then follow down t 859 turning left into the Pacific Motors driveway. Coming From Hornsby Come past Pymble railway station and look for the Pacific Motors sign and 859 immediately you come around the bend. If you miss the driveway...turn left into Mona Vale Rd, then left into Grandview St. Follow it up to the little overpass bridge and turn left...then left again onto the Pacific Hwy, then follow down t 859 turning left into the Pacific Motors driveway.
